Terms & Conditions

  • All Non-Refundable Deposits must be paid at time of booking to secure your booking, & are $40 non-refundable, $100 non-refundable during High Seasons.

  • Please cancel within 48hrs notice, 2 weeks during High Seasons, to receive full refund excluding non-refundable deposit.

  • $40 non-refundable deposit, $100 during High Seasons. This is all school holidays, including Christmas period and all long weekends.

  • Full payments to be completed within 2 week prior to bookings commencing, in High Seasons it is 1 month prior to booking commencing.

  • No responsibility accepted from out of character behaviour of your dog/s from information given to us during meet and greet and Pet Profile Form.

  • No responsibility accepted for illness which occurs during your dog's stay.

  • No responsibility accepted if  your dog attacks or bites people or dogs/animals.

  • No responsibility accepted if your dog consumes products that are not dog friendly. 

  • Transporting dogs - all dogs are tethered during drive. We prefer dogs to have a harness to be attach seat belt in car, otherwise the dog's collar has to used (which is not optimal).

  • If you state in the Pet Profile provided, that your dog is fully toilet trained for outside, then your dog proceeds to use the inside of our treasured home as a toilet, you will be charged a Cleaning Fee from $40. This may increase if these incidents continue throughout your pets time here. The cost of our pet friendly products, used for cleaning are expensive & the use and cleaning of our carpet cleaner and my labour is not covered in the very affordable Pet Sitting or  Dog Daycare services.

  • If our property ( including belongings ) is/are unduely damaged, which requires replacing, you will be expected to pay our $1000 insurance excess or the amount of property/items replacement, which ever is greatest amount.
